In this mini course I will walk and guide you through the fundamentals of breathwork, I will give an easy to understand overview and all that it has to offer!

We will explore some of the different powerful breathing techniques, touch on the science and I will show you how you can best apply this and benefit from it in our busy and fast paced everyday lives.

For about the last 10 years I have been absolutely fascinated with and practicing some of the many ways of naturally improving our mental, emotional and physical well being, it's taken me on quite the journey however! it hasn’t always been that way…

Learn and be guided through some of the powerful tools and techniques to help transform your mind, body and state. We will explore a number of breathing techniques, physical movements and mindset practises. This is a powerful combination that I have personally developed and been practising over the years.
