Stress showed up in my body — to the point my beard began falling out in patches. The doctor put me on steroid cream that made my skin feel like it was burning and started to scab up. Worse thing they told me it might not ever grow back again. Not exactly what you want to hear in your mid-20s.
I was chasing freedom through parties, booze, drugs and late nights. The more I avoided what I was feeling, the more disconnected I became. I thought I was fine. Until I wasn’t.

About Me
I’m Nick — a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher and adventurer who’s walking the path from emotional shutdown to deeper presence and purpose.
There was a time I didn’t know how to feel. I almost lost people I loved… not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t know how to express it.
Through breath, movement and mindful awareness, I learned how to reconnect — and build a life rooted in truth, purpose and greater emotional freedom.
Now, I help others do the same.
Using breathwork, movement, mindfulness and grounded spiritual practices, we are able to shift out of survival mode and into deeper alignment with our authentic self — so we can live and lead from a place of greater purpose, peace and truth.
