In my earlier years, I chased adrenaline - skiing, traveling, seeking freedom on the outside.
But over time, I found myself trapped in a routine that drained me.
9-5 stress. Chronic anxiety. Tension in my body I couldn’t explain.
And the worst part? I didn’t feel like myself anymore.
I didn’t want therapy. I didn’t want to sit in circles and talk about my feelings.
But I knew something had to shift.
So I started with my breath.
That path took me to India for yoga training, into years of study and integration and eventually - into the quiet power of nervous system work.
Through it all, I created a toolkit of practices that brought me back to centre - tools that helped me release, regulate and rebuild from within. Not to fix myself. But to remember myself.
Now, I share this work with other men who’ve carried too much, for too long.
I help them reset, reconnect and come back into the version of themselves they’ve buried under years of pressure.
This isn’t about escape. It’s about return.
