I’m writing this from Indonesia, where I find myself with the woman I love, reflecting on how much has shifted for me over the years.

There was a time I felt completely disconnected from myself. I was chasing freedom through parties, booze, drugs and late nights. The more I avoided what I was feeling, the more disconnected I became. I thought I was fine. Until I wasn’t.

What changed? I began the process of reconnecting with my body, learning to feel again and slowly releasing what I had been holding for years.

These sessions are a reflection of that journey — and are designed for those who are holding too much and need a place to begin letting go.

About Me

I’m Nick — a breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher and adventurer who’s walking the path from emotional shutdown to deeper presence and purpose.

There was a time I didn’t know how to feel. I almost lost people I loved… not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t know how to express it.

Through breath, movement and mindful awareness, I learned how to reconnect — and build a life rooted in truth, purpose and greater emotional freedom.

Now, I help others do the same.

Using breathwork, movement, mindfulness and grounded spiritual practices, we are able to shift out of survival mode and into deeper alignment with our authentic self — so we can live and lead from a place of greater purpose,  peace and truth.
