Our breathing habits dramatically influence how we think, feel & function. But for something we do all of the time and even when we are sleeping, how well are we actually doing it!?

What to expect from our session together

  •  The two of us will explore what exactly you wish to gain from the session.
  •   I will create and put together a tailored practise specific to your goals.
  •   You will discover how quick, easy and effective certain breathing techniques can be at supporting all areas of our health.
  •   I will share with you my favourite breathing techniques and why I think they are so important for modern day life.
  •   I will demonstrate how to best implement breathwork even if you have very little free time outside of your busy work and family life.
  •   I will give you practical action steps and guidelines that will kick start you off in the right direction on your breathwork journey.
  •   We will have a follow up phone call a few days later to see how you are getting on with everything we covered during your session.
