Online group session Guided Breathwork Meditation
During this guided breathwork session you have a chance to dive deeply into your nervous system.
- To release stress and reduce tension
- To regain the stillness within
- To rejuvenate your energy
We will be working with:
- reconnecting back to our breath
- regaining awareness of how our nervous system is performing
- learn to self regulate our system
- shifting our inner state to inner stillness
What to bring:
- A bottle of water
- Blanket
- Yoga mat / bed
- Headphones / earbuds
- Wear something comfy
- Eye mask (optional)
